Booking through our website is easy, just follow some simple instructions:

For private customers:

1) Check our website and see if there is any package you like.
2) If you would like to order a package as it is click on the enquiry button and send us the required details. If the package is not as you like and you would like to adapt it to your wishes, just write your comments on the enquiry form or call us!
3) If you don't find it on our website, just fill in the contact form or send us an email with your request and
all details. As an alternative you can just call us!
4) After receiving your enquiry we will contact you back latest in 24 hours (only working days) with our offer which you are free to accept or refuse without any obligation.
5) If you accept our offer you can just confirm us back by email.
6) To finalise the order you should make a downpayment of 20% and the balance 15 days before the travel begins. If you order less than 15 days in advance you should pay the full amount along with the order. Please note that in some cases different payment terms may apply. Please check also our conditions of use.
7) The payment can be easily done through our website by paypal using your credit card. In alternative you can also pay by bank transfer.
8) After receiving the full payment we will send you our electronic vouchers and with that you can travel!
