Example of incentive program, 4 days in Tallinn

Day 1
Upon arrival at the airport our guide will meet and greet the group and will assist the transfer to the hotel. During the transfer we'll make a short sightseeing tour of the beautiful capital city of the Republic of Estonia admiring the Old Town city wall and the towers, the medieval castle, the port area. After all participants have been checked-in to the hotel and comfortably accommodated in their rooms, the group will be transferred to a nice restaurant for a typical Estonian dinner with folklore show where the group will have the possibility to interact with the dancers. The dinner will of course start in the Estonian way... with a shot of vodka and will continue with a lot of fun!
Bus transfer back to the hotel.

Day 2
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
The second day will start with a treasure hunt which will allow the group to discover the marvelous medieval Tallinn's Old Town. The Treasure hunt 'Looking for the Spirit of Tallinn's Old Town' is an exciting and adventurous orientation game, where the participants have the opportunity to see the most interesting sightseeing places and hidden spots of the Tallinn's Old Town. The group will meet their guide at the hotel, and after getting the instructions and rules of the game, it will be divided into smaller teams. Every team gets a map, a first clue, and then the adventure may begin! This thrilling orientation game will be long remembered through the photos and memories that the teams will get from various places (and activities like bow-shooting, etc.) on their way through this centuries old beautiful town.
Once the game is over we'll transfer by bus to a nice restaurant outside the city centre for lunch. From here we will continue to the sailing port from where the group will split into groups and will depart for a sailing tour along the Tallinn's bay and to one of the many small and wild Estonian islands. There will be time for discovering the island on foot with a local guide.
After coming back to Tallinn, transfer to the hotel by bus, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast the group will be picked up by modern and comfortable off-road cars with professional drivers and will leave for an exciting off-road safari in the undiscovered Estonian countryside. The participants will also have the possibility to drive themselves. We will stop in a beautiful natural location along the river for a pic-nic lunch and for a canoe trip along the wild river. During our day-trip, with a bit of luck we could have the possibility to meet some of the rich Estonian wildlife like elks, roe deers, foxes etc.
Return to the hotel in the evening for some relax.
Gala dinner at a reserved restaurant with live music.

Day 4
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Check-out from the hotel.
Guided tour to the Soviet prison which have been closed in 2001 and have been left almost in their original condition.
Transfer to the airport and departure.
